The project involved creating 3D visuals for a real estate project in Kenya. The masterplan gave options of having a Pitched roof residential design and a Flat roof residential design hence the need of accentuating their differences in the 3D shots.
Other ammenities included in the design of the masterplan included; a school, and a restaurant that hosts a swimming pool complex
